Comercial center and viewpoint in the skyline

I tryed to representate a unusual structure what worked like viewpoint to see the skyline and at the same time it was a comercial center, that is the basic idea.
I spend so time with 3d studio, sketchup, vray, adobe after effects, sony vegas and photoshop. I hope you enjoy.
